Good alternative for email marketing We are able to send out weekly newsletters to our clients as well as segment audiences easily. Constant contact was able to give us a custom invoice that we requested. Pros Constant Contact is easy to use and intuitive. It's simple to set up new contacts and campaigns, and can do so quickly. Cons The interface looks a bit dated, and there's not ability to incorporate video or gifs. The site freezes at times when creating a campaign.

It works well and provides us an easy way to track distribution, and provides some analytics that allow us to modify future communications if needed. Switching back Pros I switched away from Constant Contact a handful of years ago due to its pricing but am now switching back. Their service is reliable and easy to use, allowing me more time to focus on other things. Cons Felt expensive to me at the time, so I looked elsewhere.

Reaching our audience is so much easier now I love constant contact. Its so easy to navigate and has made reaching our audience much easier. We offer coupons in our emails to help draw our mailing list back to our website and I even created a landing page in Constant Contact to link to our enrollment system so our email list grows organically.
