great email marketing tool overall I've had a very pleasant experience with Constant Contact, and I would recommend it to others. Pros I like that this tool not only helps drive email marketing, but there is also social media integration, and also the fact that you can incorporate event marketing as well. Cons the templates it offers you are very good, but there is very little customization you can make to them. also the pricing increases along with your number of contacts.
Great Analytics Overall it is a great all-in-one marketing tool that I'd recommend! Pros Analytics are a great perk and helpful to see what works and what doesn't in an email campaign, which is priceless. Cons I wish the templates allowed for better design nuances, as some of them seem rather cookie-cutter, but it's a small complaint.
Constant Contact Positive and effective. Easy to use and great templates to use. Plug and play, and easy to stay in front of your customer. Pros This has helped our organization stay in front of customers with info on our offerings, updates, and staying in touch from a visual perspective Cons I had loaded up a spreadsheet of contacts who i had approved and they flagged it (i guess as being too many). I think I have fixed the issue though.
Good CRM Overall experience was good. It has great storage capacity and the ease of use is a plus. It is a lead/contact management software so you have to use it to make it worth your time. Pros Ease of use lets you make your buckets and generate emails to your contacts. It's nice in real estate to be able to move and classify your contact/leads Cons Not really anything it was easy to set up and import contacts and create my buckets to get me moving.
Simple Templates but Great Reporting Emailing clients about once a month and seeing what our people click on the most/least and reading about the analytics and learning from there. Pros We love the reporting feature. It's easy to see visually who is clicking which links with the pink bubbles they use and place on top of your campaign. Good for email marketing/events Marketing to internal and external persons and events marketing. Pros I like that it is easy to send emails for marketing/event purposes. It is easy to track who opens and clicks links too. Cons Some features are limited but it does the basics. Overall, it works well for most things just doesn't get super advanced with what it can do.
Nice basic starter It was good, pretty easy to use, we just outgrew the functionalities! Pros A company I worked for used this software when it was first growing, and it was a great introduction to email marketing and developing lists. Cons For basic needs, this is really good, but once your company starts to grow, you'll want something else. So, don't become too reliant on it.
