Oldest and Best Email Newsletter Software Constant Contact provided us with a way to send out newsletter or "coupon" type emails every few days as needed to update the customer base on what was available in real estate. Pros I went to a local free course offered by the company and they taught us several tricks. They run courses free sometimes, other times you pay a small fee. Cons Sometimes the email newsletters would not be able to be easily compiled by Microsoft Outlook, which many users use.
Great product! Easy to use, simple design, worth the money and overall a great product! Pros The ease of use is my favorite thing about Constant Contact. Since there are a few of us on our team that access it for different reasons, having it be easy to understand is a huge plus! Cons I have no issues with Constant Contact. In fact, I had used MailChimp in a previous role and find Constant Contact to be far simpler with just as many great aspects.
Constant Contact I love the flexibility of being able to use this software anywhere. You can log in at home and preform the same task that you would do at work. It allows for organization and beautiful emails to be sent out. Pros I love that we can send out emails that are vibrant and colorful to our congregation. As an email marketing professional, I am frustrated by clients that insist on using Constant Contact I sometimes come across clients who are tied into Constant Contact and do not wish to change to a better, more modern platform. Unfortunately for them, that means compromising the potential of their email marketing efforts. Easy to use! Support has been great and helpful. Email form was easy to setup. Pros I recently added the email form to my website and found it very easy to setup. I get notifications when someone signs up for my website newsletter and that's so important to me for my business. Cons Not really anything that I don't like. I haven't started using the other integration with my website yet.

Limited to small business used to be more effective in getting a message out to contacts now most companies block them, Pros Easily send email messages to many people but works well with individuals not large company contacts Cons Does not get to large company contacts because of the firewalls that block this type of mailing so does not work for me.
User Friendly for Beginners Pros I like that it is easy to create custom lists and segmented lists of contacts. If you are ever in doubt, they have videos on their YouTube channel that walk you through how to do pretty much just about anything. Cons You are really limited when it comes to design, especially background design.
