Not As Good as Similar Projects Constant Contact is not a bad product if you are hoping for an easy solution to send emails to a database that you currently have. If you are looking to grow your database and nurture leads, Constant Contact does not make that process seamless. Constant Contact Review Constant Contact has been fine for what we need to get done, but I would probably recommend MailChimp first. They are a little more up to date on what's trending and easier to use. Pros It is fairly easy to use, pretty simple for first timers. They provide template to get you started which is always helpful. Cons The templates are a little dated. They haven't changed in several years, which means the designs aren't changing with the times.
Very Easy to Use Constant Contact is a good resource for our marketing purposes. Pros I love that Constant Contact is really easy to use. It saves us time and helps us communicate more efficiently to customers and potential customers. Cons I don't really have any negatives to say about Constant Contact. It would be nice to have some more options for customized merge fields.
The gold standard for mass email Great for automated email campaigns. Super easy to use. Pros The software is very easy to use and set up. It's the one we recommend for those clients with really clean past client lists and low tech skills. Cons Pricing is higher than other competitors. It also has a very low tolerance for older client lists that aren't up to date.
Constant Contact still holds its own among its competitors I felt that constant contact was great for certain clients as for the price and basic functionalities or any of the unique features it offers. Pros There are features that many of the others do not offer, or require additional plugins to work. Cons More advanced features and automatons are not available, or require 3rd party help.
A good way to stay in contact w/ patients/consumers Good and I continue to use it and send out news letters every 3-4 months. Pros I like that I could be creative and still keep clients/patients up to date with most recent activities/events in the office. I also like that we can see how many people click/open email, subscribe, unsubscribes. etc Cons I feel as though the part where the contacts are can be a little confusing and could use some tweaking/organization.
