Streamlined Connection Constant Contact continues to be a blessing at the ministry. It’s been a positive tool. Pros I like that the software allowed us at the ministry to rapidly add the contacts from our past lists. It helped us to create regular updates and post to all our social media pages. In essence, we were able to get the word out quicker. Cons The monthly subscription cost of the software would increase after our email list grew to a certain number. That was a bummer, but necessary I suppose.
CRM For The Small Business Owner I am very satisfied with Constant Contact. I have found their customer support to be top notch whenever I need help. Confusing Pros It started off free and have an attractive website Cons After paying more you would expect more. The software just got more confusing and did not produce the marketing that it promised. I got serval unauthorized phone calls and emails until I upgrade. After that I had to do most of the work that they promised and the promised email mailing list never did come
It's easy to create eblasts that are professional and beautiful Overall the system is easy to use and does an excellent job with allowing users the ability to create attractive and professional-looking messages. Pros The level of customization is great and very intuitive. I appreciate how easy this system is to learn. Cons I wish there was a better way to organize older emails. It can be overwhelming to search for an old design.
Great Email software. Constant contact is a great product for business owners to send emails, create forms and campaigns. Pros Constant contact is a great autoresponder software for business. I like the features that it has and it’s pretty easy and simple to use. I love that I can share my newsletters to my social pretty easily and schedule them too. Cons One of the cons is that sometimes pictures take a bit of space. But other than that it’s great to use.
Simple Mass Email System Pros Easy to use for non-techy people. Up and running fast. Cons templates can be a little tricky to get setup.
Email Marketing Platforms I used it for two years at my previous job. At that time they had an option to write your own code vs using a drag and drop tool. When I changed employers I requested Constant Contact as we were paying an outside vendor to create campaigns. My employer purchased a subscription and I continued using Constant Contact for two more years. The option to create your own code was no longer available, but the Drag and Drop tool had improved. Great For Large Organizations But Pricey We love using the software and our members enjoy the emails, but it is pricey and sometimes the emails get sent to a different tab in Gmail, which does not alert our members right away. Pros I love the cute emails/graphics they have and it is very user friendly when sending emails to our 2,000+ members. Wonderful product Overall, this is the best product on the market in this field. Pros This product is user friendly, professional looking, effective and delivers on its promise to its customers. Cons The only con that I have for this product is that it can get expensive when you have a lot of email addresses like I do.
