Stay In Touch Overall, its been great tool for our markeing purposes. Pros I like that I can set up a template for our e-mail newsletters, and automatically send e-mail blasts to our clientele. Cons I have found it difficult to add in the proper photos and links within the template we selected to send to our clientele.
Great forgetting your Information out Always has been a great go to when I need to send information to a group. Pros It is a easy way to send important information in a way that can grab the readers attention. User friendly even for beginners. Cons Don't have any cons for this product at this time. Constant Connect I believe the ease of use is what helped us use it and keep our customers connected. Pros I really appreciated the ease of use. You can load different contact lists and send different emails. Cons I really like this software but it i had one thing it would be to let you import your own designs instead of only using theirs.
Great Product I was happy with it. It was easy to transfer my contacts and create nice emails to my large email list. Pros It was easy to use and intuition. I was able to create nice emails and they already had a COVID template. Cons I felt like I was told I would get the product for a certain price and then when I got into it, the price changed. I would just make sure you know what you want so you pay the right price.
Easy to use for mass emails I use Constant Contact to send e-blasts to prospects and clients. Easy to use! It has been simple to learn, not daunting, which made it easy to upgrade our communications and modernize our processes. Pros Constant Contact is simple to use and as we have many volunteers helping our NON-Profit throughout the year, it allows us to do a quick training and get the assistance we need. Constant Contact meets all our needs Overall, it is very positive and does the job for what we need to communicate. Pros It is user friendly with a few exceptions. It integrates with Donor Perfect to keep track of correspondence with our donors. It allows for mass communication and the statistics are very helpful. Cons You cannot delete contacts who have never opened the emails. We have many people that I would like to delete because they have never looked at an email in 5 years.
