Great user interface My overall experience with Constant Contact is very good. Pros I liked the user interface and how relatively easy it was to use. I was also very pleased with customer service. If there was something that I couldn't figure out to do, they were good at walking me through the steps. Cons Sometimes when adding a text box to the template it wouldn't place it where I was putting it. That part would get a little frustrating because I would have to keep trying until it finally puts it in the right place.

Constantly Connected We use this software to send out weekly and upcoming events to everyone in our church mailing list. Pros I love how seamless I can send off weekly emails to everyone in our large group. Software super easy to use. Cons I have no complaints about this software at all. I have used this software for years without incident.
Just Okay - Gets the Job Done If you need a way to communicate with an internal group of people, this works great. Again, more for newsletters than for sales emails. Pros Constant Contact is great for creating simple newsletters, maybe even the kind that might only circulate internally. Beyond that, it's best to use something more powerful. Cons There isn't a lot of customization available. The templates for emails tend to stay rigid, so a lot of emails look the same.
Excellent marketing and contact list tool Very happy with the customer service and the initial call that took place to set-up my account and make sure I was optimizing the service. Pros Really like all the different templates and the ability to customize them. Easy to upload your own pictures. Also like the automation and being able to set-up campaigns to launch at specific times. Cons Took a little bit of getting used to navigating all the options.
Excellent Marketing Tool Due to our multiple services and large diversity of contacts, we needed an efficient and effective tool to help manage our marketing contacts. Constant Contact has been a great tool! Pros Most liked feature of this tool is the ability to reach such a broad number of people at once. Ease of use is a bonus! Cons As with most mass marketing type tools, the least liked part is the set up. Appreciate that constant contact has a very user friendly set up process.
Constant Contact I really do enjoy this userfriendly app. I know I won't take thirty mins to do a five minute project. Pros I love how easy it is to set up emails and newsletters. I love all the different options. I like how it gives guideance. Cons I don't like how hard it is to import contacts . I don't like how it doesn't grammar check or spell check correctly
