Constant Contact Review Overall, Constant Contact has definitely helped my club get word out about or organization has been a very useful platform. Pros Constant Contact is awesome to use for one of my university's clubs. It helps us sent visually appealing emails to try to spread the word about our organization and our mission. Cons I think that some of the analysis is a bit overwhelming and complicated. I think it'd be nice if there was a simplified page of the statistics.
Perfect for the newsletter business Constant Contact helps us keep our patients informed with the weekly and monthly happenings within the office as well as when sudden changes in office hours, etc. We utilize our newsletter multiple times a month and are thrilled by the ease of use we get with Constant Contact's services. Review of Constant Contact I have found this to be a helpful tool to set up monthly newsletters to be sent out to clients. Pros I was able to import all of my agents contacts into Constant Contact so monthly newsletters can be generated. Cons My agent called to get help and the agent was unable to answer his question regarding importing/exporting contacts.
Good but not best fit for us Overall, our experience with CC was good. As I had noted earlier, the deal breaker for us was the limited emails they offered as contacts that were free. I have re-looked at their services and it looks like they have diversified and expanded their services quite a bit since we last used them. I'm planning to relook a little more at their product. Free option for email marketing Constant Contact is one of the many free options for email marketing out there, but they are one of the couple applications that are actually user-friendly and reliable. Pros The best thing about this application is that it's free. You can create and send emails to your subscribers easily and it's quite user-friendly. Easy to use mass email with Analytics Great Pros I loved that you can see what people are choosing to check out on your email that you send them. Its easy to set up a newsletter and have people interact with it. Cons It cost enough money to send emails out to clients
Overpriced, a bit behind the times We use it for monthly newsletters and have fairly good response rates. Pros It is well regarded among customers so we thought that would aid in how they regarded our mailings. I'm not sure that was right though. Cons When we first started using CC several years ago it was a good choice. Since then it has gotten more costly and less current in terms of design options. It feels very dated and we'd switch but don't want to retrain our users :(
Best Marketing Site Pros so easy to set up email message blasts to send to contacts, we send out monthly newsletters and the site is very easy to navigate Cons nothing really, i guess the price but it seems fair for how often we use it
Constant Contact Constant Contacts is a professional way to keep all of your contacts organized and in one place. Pros Constant Contact is a good way to keep lists of different contacts and create easily accessible mailing groups. I like being able to set up mailings in advance. Cons Constant Contact is a great tool but I find that I fall back on software that I use more often for storing contacts and sending information.
