Constant Connect Review Overall, Constant Contact is a very helpful tool which I would recommend to my colleagues. Pros Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Convenient to create and reuse campaigns. Bulk upload of contacts via a csv or excel. Cons Customer support can be improved a lot. Other than that I haven't had any bad experience using this tool.

You can't beat the price! I've never had any problems with it and would recommend. Pros It's fairly easy to set up and use. You can connect to your social platforms as well, to automatically post when a newsletter goes out. Cons It's not the "prettiest" format. As a graphic designer, I'd like to see some more dynamic options.
Great for emailing clients It has helped orgainze my professinal contact list of clients and communication with them is made easier. Pros It is easy to comprise a list of contacts and send out group information to your list. Constant Contacts make commicating to your clients much faster and easier. Cons There really isn't anything negative I can say about constant contacts. I have been pleased up until this point.
Perfect for Newsletters We use Constant Contact for our weekly and monthly newsletters. We are VERY happy with the service. Helps me reach my clients easily Constant Contact has helped me reach a larger group of clients, by helping me to create attractive emails that represent my business well. Pros I love the templates and the ease of creating great looking emails. It's easy to update the contact list.
