Great customer service We use Constant Contact to keep our users aware of our new features. Pros Customer service Features Ability to easily upload contact lists Automatically removes unsubscribes from future mailings Cons Some for the features are not very intuitive. However customer service is always available and helpful.
My trial I was very comfortable using it and it was very easy. Pros It was very smooth and easy to learn I enjoyed every aspect of using it. I did not half to train much. Cons The price was way to exspendive for us. But it was reliable if they would lower the price it would be better
Good enough Overall, it was an okay product. Maybe someone who understood the software would like it better. Pros It allowed me to send mass emails to donors and customers with ease and customized templates. Cons It was difficult for me to learn to use it. I still never felt I had a clear grasp on what I was doing.
Great Product/ Easy to Implement The problem I'm solving with this is that our in house CRM system is amazing but the one flaw is that it's difficult to create newsletters. So we have two clients using CC because we can set up the newsletters easily and quickly, and they can both be customized for the way the user wants it to work. Useful for Email Blasts Overall, I appreciate the ease it gives us for creating and editing our email lists. Pros I like how easy it is to upload new emails and modify existing ones. The tag system makes it convenient to add or delete people from the appropriate mailing list. My favorite feature is how you can see if individuals opened or clicked through an email they received. Constant Contact Saves Time We have had a very good experience thus far. We are able to accomplish more with this software in place. Pros `It is user friendly and it makes it easy to import emails from a spreadsheet. We are able to market to several companies at a time. Cons Sometimes the emails look like spam so you have to be very careful to make the email appealing. It is all in the presentation.
Gets the E-mails to the Inbox Overall, it gets emails to the customers, so that is the most important aspect! Pros After many years of sending emails that never got to people's inboxes and instead went to their Spam folders, I chose Constant Contact. Otherwise, my work is wasted. Cons It is not the most designer-friendly. It has fewer fonts than other mass e-mail platforms and its design can look old school.
Constant Contact Goes the Distance Constant Contact makes it easy to reach clients quickly and effectively. Pros It's easy to use, features keep growing and expanding. Support is friendly, easy to reach and creative in tackling any issues. Cons There are so many free email services, constant contact pricing is not super competitive, especially for very small businesses with lists of less than 500-1000 contacts.
It's nice... but needs to get with the times We think that it is lacking in comparison to many of the other CRM/Newsletter systems out there. The technology behind it is need of an overhaul. Pros Its simple to use and easy to setup your newsletter. Several of our clients use Constant Contact for this purpose. Cons Integrations. Constant Contact lacks severely in the integration department. Their plugins for Wordpress are unreliable, and require constant management.
