Easy to Use I have the ability to send out a newsletter to a mass group of emails. Pros Constant Contact allows me to send out a mass communication like a newsletter to a group of email addresses quicker and easier. Cons Constant Contact comes at a high cost. Although it is easier and quicker to send out an email, it cost money to use.
Helps keep contacts all together in one place Constant Contact is a great software to keep your contacts information all in one place. Pros This software is amazing! I use it very often to email our clients and this is very cool because you can send out flyers, campaigns, and even set up a time to send an email blast out. Cons There isn’t anything that I’ve found I don’t like about this software. It is helpful and very easy to use.
Excellent My overall experience has been wonderful. I think I have been with them close to 12 years. The software just gets better and better! Pros I literally have nothing bad to say about this software. It is so easy to use and gives you the tools to analyze your results. It is perfect for my business. Cons There is actually nothing that I like least about this. I love everything about it. Even the price is perfect.
Great Option for Nonprofits Constant Contact has been my preferred ecommunication platform. It is very simple to use, keep track of lists, and share to social. Pros Its connecton to event registration and integration with Donor Perfect. It is an excellent option for nonprofits to keep communication efforts with donors streamlined. Cons The emails are all pretty basic, not too many ways to make them stand out or amp the design us. You can always tell it came from Constant Contact.
Great Email Marketing Platform Overall Constant Contact has created efficiencies for me in my daily routine. Sending large emails out is a simple process and the tracking metrics help us truly evaluate the efficacy of our emails/campaigns. Pros Simple and easy to use. Building emails is intuitive and managing lists/contacts is not cumbersome. We have almost 10K contacts with multiple lists and multiple ways to sign up and it is easy to track the processes. Constant Contact allows me to inform my clients Constant Contact allows me to monitor digital newsletters and email blasts. It is user friendly and gives me the information and data I need to give my clients. Pros It allows us to send weekly newsletters and email blast and to get reports on them. I like that I can see exactly how many people have viewed newsletters, ads and email blasts we send for clients. Constant Contact helps me create fast email communication pieces Overall, my experience has been positive and I will still consider using it again in the future if it's within the client's budget. Pros I like how the interface is easy to use and that I still have access to the HTML if I need to customize something. Cons I don't like how the pricing is based on the size of your email contact list. It feels a little like 'nickel-and-diming' people.

Pros Constant Contact enables our business to send quick easy information out to our customers. We can edit, resend to missed viewers, update quickly and start all over again.
