Great to manage segmented communications Great addition to managing our event communications to specific groups Pros The ability to create segmented groups of people to communicate with allows us to manage our messaging. We also love the features to track who is opening the emails. Cons Visually, when you open the software it shows all email campaigns even after you've filed them, this can be confusing and I will I could manage the overall set up "look"
Its Ok, But not sure its the best Pros It works, always sends the emails and the reporting is good. Cons We have used constant contact for many years but it seems like there are newer softwares that provide much more updated looking templates for the amount we are paying.

Everything is drag and drop with a very small learning curve. Pros The best feature of Constant Contact is the robust options and the drag and drop OS. Cons Pricing tiers based on list volume need larger ranges .
Cheap and Easy Constant Contact is an easy to use email marketing solution. It helps me manage my contacts and I can easily segment lists to understand who is clicking through and to what content. Pros Constant Contact is easy to use. For the money, the dashboard metrics are great. Cons Some of the templates can be difficult to edit. Emails don't always appear in the inbox as the do when building them. Support is very basic and can't always answer my questions.
Affordable and easy to use It's super affordable and every small business should be using email marketing. Pros There are so many capabilities. We used the survey and social modules as well. It's easy to make attractive emails and track the results too. Cons Somtimes the layout looked a little funky depending on the screen. However, overall it's a great web based system.
