A Leader in CRM Pros This product has changed its' platform and is somewhat easier to use. Once you get past the learning curve, it really does cut down on the amount of time you spend in email marketing. The statistics portion is very helpful allowing you to see on several levels how well you are reaching your target audience. Cons More templates are needed or the ability to load and manipulate graphics and designs could improve.
Great features! Good for Business! Pros It is easy to use and we can use our own custom code for emails. Cons Since we use custom code for our emails rather than Constant Contact templates, wish the custom code view had a design view function. I know you can preview and test but a design view to see what it looks like before testing would be ideal.

Great for custom and template driven email blasts Constant Contact is our "go to" email blast program. Pros I like that this software offers a custom option in addition to templates to build emails. Our company has chosen to stick with custom because we want a specific look. Its also helpful they have a step by step set up when making a new email. Cons Wish the custom code option had a WYSIWYG option instead of just HTML.
