I love Constant Contact Pros Easy to use, feature rich, allows for easy audience segmentation and list building. The templates they have are professional and easy to manipulate. Good for small business Have been using for almost 15 years. Great value for the money. Pros Ease of use, ease of use, ease of use. They have upgraded recently, with A/B testing and auto resends to nonopeners. Cons No email automation and it lacks the ability to create master/subaccounts, which would be useful to my association.
Using Constant Contact It is important to have your audience actually read your emails. Having the email look inviting to read is half the battle! Pros I like being able to create emails that are more visually appealing. Cons There are some limitations in formatting in a program like this over an Adobe product, but much easier to use.

CONSTANT CONTACT We have used Constant Contact for years now and although our dept. has an additional program we are using that is similar to Constant Contact, I still come back to Constant Contact and use it more often.
