One of the best email marketing service! For a large firm constant contact is highly recommendable, it does have many perks and helps to keep things simple and easy, for a busy company. Easy to use but sometimes glitchy Pros Developing emails and blasting them out couldn't be easier. The analytics are pretty standard but helpful. I haven't noticed a lot of outages either. Cons The site is sometimes glitchy. Not a huge deal, but sometimes it is annoying. For example: a few months back when selecting lists for emails, it would preselect the email list you used for the previous campaign so you'd have to physically uncheck that email list or the campaign would go out to the wrong list. Very easy to use, but may lack some features you want Pros I love how many templates I can choose between in the tool and adding contacts to a list is a breeze. Plus they can be added to multiple lists which is convenient for my campaigns. Cons There is no mobile app for Constant Contact, which is a shame. It would be better if I could use this on the go.
