good for the money Pros It can make professional looking emails pretty easy with limited knowledge. And it's doesn't cost an are and a leg. Cons Sometime that functionality is cumbersome. Hard to find certain functions at times, like turning an image into a hyperlink. Also, unless you use constant contact's built in address book for you main contact management, it's hard to maintain/manipulate your client lists.
Way better than managing your own email marketing. It was a positive experience overall. It gave us great insight into what people liked and disliked about our marketing emails. Pros The analytics are a great feature that is very helpful in determining what works in your email marketing. Cons It would be great if there were some really great templates to use.
I love Constant Contact Pros Great marketing tool! I love the option to create your own templates or use the ones they have. Constant Contact is easy to use, even for new users. There are also tutorials available to help you along the way Cons Would be nice if it were a little easier to upload images, but the process it doable.
Constant Contact I use this platform once a month to send out a newsletter for my company. I have also used for event invitations, surveys, and webinar invitations, so it's a fairly versatile platform. I do prefer it over Emma, Mailchimp, etc. Pros I evaluated three different email management tools before landing on Constant Contact. A great communication tool Pros I really like being able to create polished emails and track contact lists for our organization. Cons I find it is missing little things, like being able to increase space between lines of text, etc. But overall, it has great functionality.
Helped our recurring customer count... Saved us hours each week over send BCC emails to all our contacts. Allows us to designate address for who gets responses, etc effectively increasing our internal delegation. Great program. Pros We use this to remind clients that we are available to serve them and direct them to our online scheduling feature. Mass Communication made Easy! Pros This software allows our company endless additions to our mailing list. We are able to send out as many emails as we would like using Constant Contact. I also love the different templates offered to make the emails look appetizing to open. Cons The survey option of the software isn't as nice looking. I wouldn't mind the same or similar template options.
Really cool tool Pros I loved that I could set a pipeline and it would move me through the steps of reaching out to contacts. This tool allowed me to send predefined messages to prospective clients and would fill in their information for me. Cons I really like this software, the subscription commitment was longer than we needed though.
