Constant Contact Overall it's been great! It's done what I needed it to do, I would probably consider using this program for other areas outside work. Pros It's great to be able to send out custom emails for our events. We have a duathlon event in the spring and we need to keep in touch with those registered for updates regarding weather and what they need to do for check in and this is a great took to make that happen. Cons There's nothing I really dislike about it from what I've used.
Constant Contact For Businesses Pros I liked that I could send out newsletters to different lists of contacts. Cons Newsletter templates were lacking. The set up of the program was a bit confusing.

Good for small marketing campaigns Very reasonable campaign manager for small groups. Pros The templates and options make it easy to use. Cons With larger email campaigns it gets a bit pricey. The ability to schedule campaigns is a bit limited.

Great for emails...limited reporting/info available Constant Contact was a great tool for us while we were getting started with our email program. It's reasonably priced and easy to use and makes users look very professional. We just outgrew it and needed more in-depth marketing information so we've moved on. One of the best bulk email programs Love it. Very easy to use and have had very few issues. Pros Has all of the features that you need to create, send and track email campaigns. They handle all of the settings to make sure that your emails don't end up in spam filters too, which is a problem we've had with other similar software. Cons Designing an email can be a pain, but this is common with any email that has more than just plain text.
