The Trial is not a good "deal" I used Constant Contact years ago before technology made things so much more complicated and I loved the service. That was the main reason I came back when I was ready to grow my list, but after this customer service fail, I can't see myself returning. Great for Email Campaigns It's extremely useful for companies who do a lot of its marketing via email. Emails look professional and attractive. Pros I signed up for the free trail of this software. It's very easy to use and has great options for sending emails and there are so many templates available. Cons Initially when I signed up I got a call from a Rep about 2 hours after, at which point I had not really delved into what the software can offer me. Effective email marketing tool Pros I have started using this software lately and found it to one of the best email marketing tool around. Option to create beautiful looking mails, which has been proved to be too effective for all our campaigns. Facebook lead ads is something I like the most. Cons I feel the pricing should have at little lower side.
Constant Contact-for Churches Good customer service. Good overall. Pros Easy to setup and delete a person who doesn't want the email. Great for newsletters, announcements, Epistles, Weekly news. Cons Cost keeps going higher. The more we use it the more the cost. Should be a flat rate for churches with limited budgets.
Great for simple mailing lists Pros The product is easy to use, and very well laid out. The templates are easy to format and simple to replicate. Testing features work wonderfully, so you can see what you want to send, before sending. Recommended for smaller businesses starting out. Open rate data is available and is helpful in looking at the success of mailers. Cons Managing the mailing list can sometimes be daunting. The software will not help with any copy recommendations. I would go to another source for that.
Constant Contact Pros I thought Constant Contact was easy to use. Cons I found a couple of kinks with the software, but nothing horrible.
The more serious e-mail management system Constant Contact is a great alternative to faulty industry-specific email management systems. Pros Some clients prefer a more serious approach to conducting business. Mailchimp is playful but doesn't say "business" like Constant Contact. Cons I have not had any issues with Constant Contact.
Easy, Robust Email Marketing Pros Has all the features that you would expect and very easy to use. The WYSIWYG editor is one of the easier ones I've used. Cons Can take a bit of getting used to, but once you do it's fast and uncomplicated to build emails. Would like more templates to choose from.
Email Marketing Dream Pros The high-quality templates, easy configuration and ease of scheduling, stock photo availability. Cons The price is a little high for my taste, but you get a lot out of it.
