Best place for making emails Pros Constant contact has more features and better functionality than any other site in it's industry. I LOVE the RSVP and poll function. It makes it easier for customers/clients to actually respond. The customizing on this site is insane. You don't have to know any coding & can make an email look any way you want. Cons The price is pretty high for what you get. Also, if you try the free trial they assign you an "account manager" who calls you NON stop.

Room for improvement Being a part of a start up it isn't easy getting your name out there. Constant contact has helped with this in more ways than one. Pros The best feature is how wide a market can be covered and the different packages they offer, including customization's Cons When clients see, constant contact, they know it's a marketing email and will sometimes ignore it. The price, the services are overpriced.
Email Automation Pros This is an easy to use option if this is the first time you are taking an email list and use it for newsletters, etc. The templates are easy to customize and require very little technical aptitude. Cons I no longer use constant contact because we became more advanced in our requirements and wanted more flexibility in our platform.
