Perfect for sending emails to my clients Pros I really love the analytics with this program. Also that you are able to compare past campaigns and also see click segmentation. Cons I have no complaints about the software thus far
Constant Contact Our experience has mostly been very positive. Pros It is very easy to find out information -- bounces, opt outs, sends, receives, etc. Cons We send so many different types of newsletters and we haven't found a way to limit someone from opting out of one series and not the others. This could be due to how we are using the system but we've talked with Constant Contact and they haven't given us any other effective options.
Very good tool - but expensive Pros it is easy to set up email templates, send reviews and keep it all organized in one place Cons the cost - per month it can be very expensive especially if you have a large email list.
Have made some nice improvements Pros We've been using Constant Contact for a number of years for our email marketing efforts. The interface is easy to use, although a bit glitchy at times, and I have seen a number of platform upgrades as well. I like the ready made templates available which come in handy when needing to put together an email quickly. Here to help the SMB community Pros I have utilized this software for various clients who could not afford the hefty price tag of bigger Email Marketing Softwares. Constant Contact was very simple to use and intuitive. Being able to set up multiple emails to be set up and sent out over a period of time was easy as well as copying specific (and successful) emails to reuse. Cons Formatting was a bit basic and not a whole lot of bells and whistles as you would have with another service provider.

Easy to Use Pros CC has an easy to use interface that anyone can use Cons It is not very powerful for a larger size company, like Marketo
