Keeping up with Email Data and Contacts Sending emails out on a daily basis and extracting that data keeps my boss happy and healthy. Efficient, user-friendly mass communication tool Pros Constant Contact provides a user-friendly interface that allows users to create visually-friendly e-blasts. The address book setup is relatively straightforward, and the creation of templates that can be "cloned" for messages is effortless. Excellent Blast Email Program Fantastic program. Don't hesitate to move forward with it. Pros Constant Contact has made it so easy for our non-profit organization to send professional looking emails to all of our members and customer base easily. We can easily add emails, create templates, insert images, links, etc. Really excellent program with an affordable price. Cons None. We have yet to have any issues at all with Constant Contact. (We've been using it for 3 years with 500+ emails sent)
GREAT way to communicate We use it to send out a weekly church newsletter to all of our people. We have also used it for daily advent devotionals and the occasional "important announcement." Pros Easy to access and use. I like that I can access it from desktop and phone. It is easy to create emails that are sent to a group of folks. The ability to use pre-created templates and to customize emails is a huge plus as it saves time and allows for unique messages. Managing recipients using lists is also a huge plus! New User to Constant Contact I said in my PROS for the software. A good value and love the templates in a pinch. They can really get you out of bind if sales or marketing suddenly decides a need for a mailing in an hour. Saved me many times. I do like the overall format and the timeliness of the mailings when you set up your mailings to go out in the advance . . great job! Constant Contact is a great tool Pros CC makes it easy to track marketing campaigns and track our users. I use it with the non-profit I work with. Cons I can't think of any cons about this product, it's really useful for us.
Great for sending those email blasts! Great and it does exactly what we need it to do! Pros It's great for streamlining your weekly email blasts, much better than doing it in Gmail or the like. Cons It can get a bit confusing and cumbersome when you are creating and manipulating graphics and text.
Decent choice for email marketing, a bit more expensive Constant Contact seems to be dying out in favor of other email campaign providers such as Mailchimp. They are a bit pushy when you are on a trial in getting you to sign up. They have almost all the features you will need, however with the higher pricing it is not justified to use Constant Contact as opposed to say Mailchimp.
