Great Email Platform for SMB Clients Pros If your not sure you need a full blown marketing automation system Constant Contact is a great email tool for small clients sending only a hand full of emails. Very easy to customize templates and send out email blasts. The cost is very reasonable and anyone can figure out how to use the tool. Cons If you want to get really complex with your email layouts it can be tricky and you might need help for a developer.
User friendly Pros I like the ease of use of this software. the up-to-date templates and drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to create, customize, and send profesional looking emails. Cons It is a bit expensive just for an email marketing software. You have to send multiple emails out per month to feel like you are getting the worth of your money. But then results in the hauting problem of sending too many emails and getting igonoerd.

Confusing and difficult to use Pros NOTHING. I hate this product. Not only is it super expensive but it is NOT intuitive and it's very hard to learn how to use Cons THE PRICE! It is extremely expensive and the customer service and tutorials are terrible.
