Constant Contact Pros The best feature was ease of use. Once you set up your campaign it was very easy to use Cons Setup. It took a long time to lay out the campaign. Once done it is very easy to use.
Great Product We have realized a larger involvement by our members and they feel much more connected. Pros I like that Constant Contact is user friendly and that we can handle all our member communications through it portal. Cons The one thing I wish could be improved is the setting up of events. I wish there was a way for the email that is sent to the members alerting them as to the event would pull the information from the event and ad it to the email instead of having to fully create the email.
Constantly Connected My overall experience w/Constant Contact has been by far amazing! I am quick to recommend them! And I will continue to recommend them! Constant Contact Constant contact is great for drag and drop, uploading files, and creating buttons with links to your website or profile pages. I have no trouble using the software and can create a quality campaign within 10 mins. Pros Constant Contact is for anyone needing to create an email campaign that is reliable and responsive. This software is easy for beginners. I have created over 12 campaigns and added over 1500 contacts by uploading them from an excel file. Constant Contact Pros What I like most about this Email program is that I can connect it to other systems such as Eventbrite and its also easy to connect to other websites as well. Cons What I least like about this email program is the price and it gave me problems with images.
Newsletter and Emails I have been sending newsletters and emails through Constant Contact for some time. It is a bit time consuming and can be frustrating at times. It was convenient that it was linked with Mind Body but the process of creating mail lists was long and tedious as well. Pros It is pretty straightforward, very basic and easy to understand. Cons It is extremely outdated, time consuming and very limited.
Professional Outreach Made Easy! Our e-newsletters before Constant Contact looked clunky and lacked fluidity, since using Constant Contact we feel like we have more viewers that are interested in connecting with our church. Email Blast Ease! Sending a large number of emails or sending to certain email groups can be cumbersome and result in a large number of email rejections. Using Constant Contact allows us to not only send specialty emails, but to link to our social media as well. Have been using this software for almost six years now!
