All Around Great Product & Easy To Use I use this for email campaigns and to create landing pages. The most beneficial part is being able to keep up with who is unsubscribing, who is looking at the info, and who is clicking links showing interest in products & services. Definitely recommend but... Pros I like how intuitive the software is! You need little direction for how to use it, and the emails look exactly how you create them when they are sent out. I like that you can add images and choose your own colors for text. Cons I have two issues with Constant Contact: 1. You cannot have a YouTube video embedded within an email. So easy to use! Loving this! It makes my job so easy and keeps subscribers happy with updated info delivered on time. Pros This is so simple to use. I hadn't used this software before and came into a new job and was able to easily navigate and make beautifully designed notifications for our communication needs. Great for Housing Constant Contact is a great resource for apartment complexes to send important information or news to its residents. It’s easy to use and saves office staff a lot of time. Pros This is a quick and simple way to send out mass emails. Cons In my industry, its often important information I’m sending out that I don’t want the receiver to have the option to unsubscribe to, but I understand why there always has to be an unsubscribe option.

Professional and elegant Pros It looks great, easy to set up and fast in terms of results. Customers love it too. Cons At first, I had a little problems because customers told me after days that they got the mail in the junk. However, the problem didn't persist.
