Upgrade Pros We moved to constant contact from another platform and have been so happy! There is nothing we don't like about this software. Cons I guess I wish there was an easier way to organize emails and move them around more.
This is okay, but other programs are better I sent out several mailings using this product. Pros This was the first product I used when I started doing mailings professionally. Cons I did not get the sense of customization the way I have had with Mailchimp.
Very popular Pros I know a lot of people who use constant contact. It is popular but in the end I went with another similar product. Cons I thought it was a little too expensive.
My favorite email campaign platform This is the quickest and easiest tool for me to use to send emails. Pros Constant Contact makes it super easy to develop email campaigns. Cons The order of setting up an email campaign is not what I'm used to.
Better than Some Not bad. Better than some content management/newsletter design companies. Especially in terms of their customer support, but I still think they could do better. Great product, but they do charge more for it I have been recommending and getting my clients to look at Constant Contact for years now. They are a reliable company in the email marketing arena and they offer solid performance and support, albeit at a slightly higher price tag. I will say though, you do get what you pay for, and all of my clients that have used them really like them. Email marketing made easy I would recommend Constant Contact to those who are looking to send large batches of simple emails. Pros We like Constant Contact for sending out complicated emails to large groups. This process is much easier than trying to create templates in other email programs. Cons I have had trouble creating consistent formatting. Sometimes pasting large text into Constant Contact can lead to issues.
