Constant Contact Review Overall ok. Reminds me of wordpress. Pros Easy to use; drop and go style. Collecting data on how many people have read it. Cons You can't be too creative with it. You have to make graphics outside of program and then drop it in. It would be nice if you could just make shapes/insert images/graphics and do everything within the program rather than just placing text/links.

Overall a Good EMS Pros Simple interface, user friendly, decent functions and options for an EMS. Cons Seriously, you need a SEARCH option in the campaign section. Scrolling through every single campaign I've ever made to find the one I need is a NIGHTMARE.

So easy Pros Constant Contact is a program that is robust enough to handle complex campaigns and simple enough to use for mass email communication. Cons I wish there was a little more flexibility for some of the things that we do, but it doesn't effect the overall appearance or effectiveness of use.
