Constant Contact It has been a strained relationship... it is necessary- but it is not a part of my job that I enjoy. Pros I like that Constant Contact uses a drag and drop menu for creating newsletters ect. You set up a section, add titles, images, text ect and that part is pretty nice. hyperlinking and other functions are easy to insert. Great concept, poor execution Pros I love the idea of having a centralized spot for your contacts, and being able to quickly layout and email for them (or segments you choose). The modular designs make it easy to keep similar flows without the exact same design, and the platform allows you to create great looking touchpoints without professional designers. Constant Contact e-mails We use Constant Contact to contact all patients to advise of office hour changes. It is easy to add contacts one at a time or multiple. It is also easy to create and send emails using their formats. Pros Easy to create e-mails using their formats. Easy to add to mail lists. Cons Nothing! Super easy to use! Only takes minutes to create an email.
A trusted solution that my business has used for years. The classes are exceptional, especially the local classes. I know their technical support has always providing excellent service and I will continue to use this for years. Pros This solution provides the tooling to create mailing campaigns easily with actual metrics to provide valuable insight on how is doing what with the campaigns. Cons The annual subscription should cost less for repeat customers.
Professional Email Marketing Pros Professional look and ease of use. I like the tracking aspect as well. Cons Nothing. They offer a free trail to see if this would be a fit for you and the price point is fair.
This is a great tool for sending newsletters to clients Pros It is easy to put together mailings using their templates or creating your own Cons The cost is tough for me because of how often I would want to send out a newsletter (once or twice a year) but for another business who sends out more frequent mailings, it would be worth it

Good email marketing platform for new campaigns Pros Constant Contact is user friendly that makes it easy to run an email campaign. Cons Visual of the campaign looks a bit out dated compared to other email marketing platforms.
More advance newsletter software Pros Very easy to use, most anyone can send a newsletter! Cons I like that mailchimp is free for the first few users. I believe constant contact is probably losing some users due to this.
