Great Option for Email Blasts Pros Constant Contact's interface is clean and has a ton of templates to choose from. It allows users to store a long list of subscribers and it's simple to use. Cons The price seems significantly high compared to others.
Keep your lists clean or they'll have you begging them to reactivate your account at your expense The customer service is pretty good and they are very reliable. Not a huge fan I was considering Constant Contact versus a few other autoresponder programs and gave it a real go but at the end of the day I found their analytics and design features inferior to a few other products. I feel like the whole look is very dated - I know they have been around forever but I definitely think there are cooler, more robust and easier to use products available. Love it! I had a great experience with customer service anytime I called for assistance. They were always polite and ready to assist me. My newsletters alway came out great and my customers enjoyed reading them. Pros The templates are easy to use and there are so many to choose from to suit everyone's basic needs. Also, the option to set up a time for the newsletter or whatever is being emailed to customers is very convenient! Cons I really don't have any cons to add to my review. It really is an ideal service.

Can't Say Enough Good Things Pros Constant Contact is a lifesaver for small business owners who want to keep a list of contacts and mass email important changes, events etc. It allows freedom to be really creative and key in on your industry. It's easy to use, the reports based off the data it receives is super helpful as well. Cons Really - I have to have a con!? Maybe the fact that more people do not use this incredible business informational site!
Constant Contact Pros We use Constant Contact for our newsletter. I like that they have lots of templates to choose from, and that contact lists are easily managed. I also like the data that I get on opens vs clicks. Cons I feel like there could be better reporting for email addresses where the newsletter bounces back. I also think that some of the editing features are inconsistent.
