As soon as the trainers left, the service went straight downhill! The food is great, but waiting for 10 minutes to get noticed, 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order and having to ask another server to find our server after she disappeared for 15 more minutes so we could order is not acceptable. When the server showed up to take our order, she was no longer cheerful and borderline rude. Recommendedbeen being harassed by the dish washer Ivan Salinas sending me youtube videos of cartels telling me im in danger so likely this restaurant is a front for some Mexican cartel. so wouldn't recommend coming here.

Tri-tip and baked potato cold. When the waitress was told she says, “yea, been having problems with that” just turned around and walked off.. 👏heat👏your👏food.
I ate at Black Bear diner in Providence Utah Sat Dec 10th. Waitress was new but did a great job. Food was sub par but most of all it was just dirty. Clearly no one vacuums under the tables. It was disgusting. Afraid to know what the kitchen looked like. The waitress Said they just had a rush but all the workers were up at the front counter eating and just hanging out. There was a cigarette butt on the floor too. Management clearly is not working and I will not eat there Again!!

crappy restaurant. worst management. it ok for them to open a restaurant with a non working dish washer and so many other sanitation issues

Recommendedwe used to love it but not for the prices anymore. 6 99 for a juice is the straw that broke our back. my wife and I go and it's 50 bucks and some change for breakfast. good luck.
To whom it may concern: This Absolutely the worst meal we ever tried to eat. Starting when my husband arrived to pick up our Thanksgiving Dinner. I ordered for a 11:45am pick up and told my husband he needs to be there at 11:30am to make sure it isn’t sitting there getting cold. Went to the new Black Bear diner in Chico today and was disappointed. I ordered the cinnamon roll french toast. The menu description stated that it cam with 3 thick slices of cinnamon roll. I only received 2. When I asked about it the server stated that it is 1 cinnamon roll cut in half. This meal was over priced for 1 cinnamon roll. $14.99. In fact everything on the menu was over priced. $14.99 for 2 pancakes, $19 cheese burgers. I will not be back. I will continue to eat at local places that serve better quality food at lo... read more
