We went to the Grants Pass location and the food was horrible. my husband ordered meatloaf and I thought it was Salisbury steak. We waited so long for the food and he was starving so he ate it. I ordered a BLT lightly toasted and when I received it half of the sandwich had hard bread from being left under the heater for to long and the fries were cold. Today we went to the Fayetteville Arkansas location. We waited 30 to get sat no big deal we were ok with the wait. We get a text saying our table is ready. We went in the host looked like he was not to happy to be there barely spoke to us. Our server was very nice but we waited for an hour for our food. The table next to us sat dirty full of dishes the whole time. We told the server never mind we are going to go. We had to get back to traveling home. She said our food should be up next to cook. orderd western BBQ burger at Palmdale ca. store terrible took forever and forgot the onion rings on the burger. when I told the girl she said OK and disappear the bun was cold and 7 mins layer she tells me he's working on the onion rings. Huh when I said take the order off she argued about it saying I could just eat them with it now that it's ice cold. bad service never go to the Palmdale ca. one.

I’ll never eat at Blackbear again… Had a issue at one of the locations called corporate up and they were more rude. Some lady says she wears many hats in corporate deals with the owners affairs and all the marketing stuff, she was so rude very condescending her professionalism was absolutely horrible.
