yikes... instead of serving stale or expired food, maybe you guys should turn off the ability for customers to place orders on uber eats. that was the WORST omelet ive ever seen.
my husband and i ate here tonight and he was served a new york strip steak that was green on one side. we never had this experience eating here before and i am very angry about it because that is a major health hazard. this was at the torrance location at 10pm 11/27/2021. i was so disgusted that i didn’t even finish my own plate. we will not be spending anymore money here or recommending this place.
Stopped in for dinner, good news it’s fish fry night!!! Bad news, they are out of fish???!! Mind you only 5:30 pm and place is empty. Nice planning. Worst experience I've had ever. 45min and our waiter never came by. No greeting no drinks Nothing. Tried talking to the manager and even that was a fail. Worst service
We have eaten at Black Bear Diner here in St. George, UT many times in the past and have always had very good meals weather they were dinners or breakfast. This night we went there for dinner. I ordered the tri-tip and may husband ordered the fish and chips. He said the fish was dry and rubbery and my tri-tip I couldn't chew and so we were very disappointed. A waitress at the Puyallup/Southhill location literally spilled a full glass of water all over my friends pants; then had the audacity to give us attitude when we requested napkins to clean up the water. I always tip, but this was one day I left zero tip.

Food was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was superb.
