The cook made a fantastic steak, and our waiter was amazing. However, a worker was eating a cooking licking her fingers serving food on her cell phone. Worst was when we found meet inside our ranch long strips and they just laughed. won't go back

The Draper,Utah location is terrible. We expected better because the inside was nice. We went because it was close to our hotel on the first night. My daughter ordered the Franks chicken strip and Mac and cheese. After a 40 minute wait with almost no one there,they brought her kids chicken strip. RecommendedOnions to the waitress Jessica at Black Bear Diner in Kingman AZ. A large table of non english speaking Hispanics sat down and were asking her if anyone spoke spanish to help them order. Food came out cold and wrong. You would think the obvious thing would be to offer to remake the good, but instead she offered to get the manager. The manager didn't offer to remake the food either until I brought it up. It is really frustrating that you have to get upset to get something fixed. I think local mom n pop places are for me from now on.

Restaurant was extremely dirty food on carpet dirty tables . Food was cold , eggs tasted like they were cooked in a microwave. Waitress was rude and only came to our table to take order and deliver cold food . True one star restaurant and worst food I’ve payed for
🤮😡🤮I don't recommend eating here. They don't have a cage-free egg policy. I'm baffled that a company would still support animal abuse. Many consumers, especially younger consumers, care deeply about animal welfare. If you want to stay relevant you need to improve your animal welfare policy and go 100% cage free.

Last time I went the potato’s were cooked in burnt oil, very inedible. They replaced my potatoes with hash browns and sadly those were cooked in the same burnt oil. I usually love this place but idk why they would even serve poop like that.
