we are in the middle of a pandemic, and this local BD is reusing paper menus. They are cheap paper menus... throw them out for the health and safety of your guest.

Arrived and was put on a waitlist being told that it would be a 25-30 minute wait. Checked our wait status after 37 minutes and got a notification stating “sorry, your reservation has been canceled”. We will NEVER be back! Absolutely ridiculous.

my husband and i ate here tonight and he was served a new york strip steak that was green on one side. we never had this experience eating here before and i am very angry about it because that is a major health hazard. this was at the torrance location at 10pm 11/27/2021. i was so disgusted that i didn’t even finish my own plate. we will not be spending anymore money here or recommending this place.

Stopped in for dinner, good news it’s fish fry night!!! Bad news, they are out of fish???!! Mind you only 5:30 pm and place is empty. Nice planning. Ok I’ll go with Tri-tip dinner, hey what’s your soup that is part of the meal? What’s that you are out of soup? All soup? We have eaten at Black Bear Diner here in St. George, UT many times in the past and have always had very good meals weather they were dinners or breakfast. This night we went there for dinner. I ordered the tri-tip and may husband ordered the fish and chips. He said the fish was dry and rubbery and my tri-tip I couldn't chew and so we were very disappointed.
