me and my family waited over 20 minutes and no body ever even came to check on us or even got our drink order. the waitresses was just walking around and even looked at us but never came by for anything.
I hate to be this person because I work in food service myself but this is unacceptable. Today I placed a to go order at the Bullhead City, Arizona location. Just a simple BLT with French fries, no tomato and add onion was my exact order. I arrived and paid for my meal just to take it home and not be able to eat it. The food was so so....over $4.00 for a glass of orange juice was high I thought. The juice wasn't even that good! I have no need to eat there again or recommend it to other people!
Worst restaurant ever. The restaurant had a lot of empty tables and people were waiting outside they said they could not sit anybody because they had a lot of online orders the wait was a ridiculous 2hr. Some one told me to go eat here that it would be a experience i would not forget. once again can not finish a meal at the store on Bluff Street. Air conditioning non existant and when you ask they sure and nothing changes. Walked outside into 94 degrees and felt instantly cooler. Cant go back ever again,this is the fourth chance,we are done.
Absolutely horrible experience will never eat here again. Waited an hour to be seated and another 15 to even get our drink order. Then when asked if we could have more creamer (there were only two) the rude waitress said “they’re right there” pointing to the two tiny containers of half & half. Terrible wait staff. I’ve never had my whole day ruined by a restaurant until today. Never again.
Look, I know it's hard times in the restaurant industry right now. I know it's hard to find staff, and obviously the staff you have at this location were hired out of a special needs home's work release program, and that's very generous, but not very useful. Because of the shortage of servers, and the high level of business, I tend to order my food to go online in advance, then pick it up, not take up a table with a one top, and everybody is happy.
