A waitress at the Puyallup/Southhill location literally spilled a full glass of water all over my friends pants; then had the audacity to give us attitude when we requested napkins to clean up the water. I always tip, but this was one day I left zero tip.

I loved Black Bear and went at least once or more a week. I supported them from the first day and ordered when they only had pick up! I love the girls that work so hard for them, I have had egg shells in my eggs. Wrong items and I still come back! Today was the final straw! My son went in and was told 40 minute wait. We waited! Charged for items never received - called manager and he said he’d take it up with the delivery company. What??? Huge biscuits need more gravy. I shouldn’t have to order extra cause they stiff it! Nobody cares but you’re off my list of places I will go

The food itself was good, but they offer the option to pay with your receipt on your phone. My husband and I ended up being charged FOUR different times on our card. We never got a refund or adjustment from the back. This was about two weeks ago.
