The waitress was fine. She did the best she could. The Hashbrowns were only cooked halfway in the middle. The Fresh fruit, well let’s say it looks like it was previously frozen and thawed 2 days before.
I have tried Black Bear Diner multiple times and EVERY time they mess up my order. I go back today, and of course the same thing happens!!!! The manager Bob didn’t even take the time to come by my table nor did they try to fix my food. They discounted the ticket and we left to go eat somewhere else. So the wait for a table, the wait for the food was all for nothing!!!! I only knew the managers name because I waited and asked for a name, he didn’t bother coming to our table. Horrible leadership!

Bad experience Sugar Land location. 8am, one waiter only. Water 30 minutes … not even a hello. Went out of my way to go there. Ended up getting up and walking out. Couldn’t just sit there. They need to get organized.

Absolutely the worst place to order food from. They’re not coordinated at all. They have messed up an order tonight while coordinating with DoorDash. They had items available when they weren’t available. They did not give the right food to the DoorDash person. This is the third time I have had issues with Black Bear. Never again will I do business with Black Bear.

me and my family waited over 20 minutes and no body ever even came to check on us or even got our drink order. the waitresses was just walking around and even looked at us but never came by for anything.

I hate to be this person because I work in food service myself but this is unacceptable. Today I placed a to go order at the Bullhead City, Arizona location. Just a simple BLT with French fries, no tomato and add onion was my exact order. I arrived and paid for my meal just to take it home and not be able to eat it. The food was so so....over $4.00 for a glass of orange juice was high I thought. The juice wasn't even that good! I have no need to eat there again or recommend it to other people!
Worst restaurant ever. The restaurant had a lot of empty tables and people were waiting outside they said they could not sit anybody because they had a lot of online orders the wait was a ridiculous 2hr. once again can not finish a meal at the store on Bluff Street. Air conditioning non existant and when you ask they sure and nothing changes. Walked outside into 94 degrees and felt instantly cooler. Cant go back ever again,this is the fourth chance,we are done.
