Went to the Tulsa Oklahoma location. website says opens at 6am. Waited at the front door until 620am. people inside looked at us then kept doing what they were doing besides unlocking the doors. As we were leaving some guy came to the door. rolled down. my window as driving away told him first time here and won't be back. first impressions for a business are everything. this one doesn't get my vote.

The Olathe Ks location needs new staff outside the ONE hostess that did EVERYTHING as the others sat around and chit chatted or disappeared when customers walk in. Our meal was missing an item that comes with it and calling the location is a fail since no one ever answers the phone. This is not the first time I’ve visited this location with nearly no customers inside but the staff ignores you when you enter making you wait 3-5 minutes to even get acknowledged! The last three times we’ve been there for dinner (Oklahoma City location), the service was poor, food worse each time. Food and service used to be excellent. Not any more. Three times is plenty. Won’t be going back.

Ordered food online went to pick it up they didn’t have what I ordered no phone call no email nothing to let me know no one could give me a refund so I ask the guy there’s nothing you can do his response was pretty much so my husbands order was ready and cold by the time we got back home.

Food was wrong and not cooked.
Very poor management at the Cottonwood AZ restaurant. I made several calls over a weeks time to rectify a purchase and could not get a call back. We purchased 6 btls of hot sauce only to find 2 btls opened and used when we got home. I've asked Black Bear Cottonwood to make this right and have not got a call back from the manager. Cavet emptor
RecommendedNot the Modesto branch though… it doesn’t feel like Black bear diner, Corn Beef Hash was tasteless and half cooked and grits were watery.. coffee was smelling like Cilantro…. I love Black Bear diner in Davis, in Lodi but this branch in Modesto is disappointing..!!
Placed online order at 12:04pm today. Was given a pickup time of 12:25. Showed at 12:30. Was told 10 minutes. I am still waiting for the food now at the SugarLand location by the jute box. It’s 1:05pm at this time. Don’t order online from here unless you have all afternoon to wait for it. No apologies or anything. I wonder if I will ever get my food.

Food was AMAZING that bacon was divine!! But they literally invalidated me and my brother. He ordered eggs, was asked how he wanted them, and never got them. We also ordered 2 chocolate shakes and they just like didn’t come..anyway good food nice I saw Joshua Bassett eating here.
