This is unappetizing I ask for an manager they left me on hold for 45 minutes hoping I would hang up and when I called this female answered the phone said oh we just forgot the missing Item when it says it on my receipt
We waited 45 minutes for a seat. Coffee was ok and then it went downhill from there. I ordered a big breakfast and asked for all sausage (I got ham & bacon), I ordered eggs over medium (runny yolks and solid whites) and got over easy (all runny). No sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup... nothing, on the table. My breakfast came with two pancakes which were barely warm and wouldn’t even melt the two little containers of frozen butter substitute. Waitress in Saint Charles this morning was horrible rude obnoxious was greeted by oh you again and don’t really care if you eat here or not then wanted to argue when asked for the manager took three attempts of being hung up on before she would connect me with manager
Have had issues with delivery orders in past. Decided to try again and of course the order was missing items. When i called i was basically told it was not their problem. Their customer service is horrible. I was told to get a refund through Doordash. Not oh we are sorry your order was wrong. The manager really needs a customer service lesson.
Super disappointed in this diner. We show up on a slow Wednesday, it’s not even crowded and they say we have to wait 15-20 minutes to be sat. IT WAS Dead INSIDE! Not even near capacity and a woman stopped the hostess from seating us.
Walked in and was immediately treated rudely. Will Not Be Back and will Inform everyone I know. Your staff needs a lesson in customer service!
After waiting 20 minutes to be sat, we continued to wait at our table without being acknowledged for five minutes. I got up to notify the host and he said he would, “look into it.” After then waiting three more minutes AND the manager walking past us with still no acknowledgement we got up and left. Horrible service without even being served!
my food was so overcooked it was not edible. I will not be ordering from you again
I’m not one to usually leave reviews but after waiting an hour and 15mins for breakfast food I will not be back..I felt very sorry for the waitress whatever is going on in the back needs fixed ASAP! This really hurts your wait staff I honestly wanted to get up and leave but felt so sorry for our sweet waitress Fayetteville Arkansas
