Told us a 20 minute wait and so we put our name on the list (2 adults, 2 kids). More people came in and they seat them right away. When this happened twice we finally left after 30 minutes of wasted time. (Tucson, AZ location)

Non existent service and eggs undercooked.

We went to eat there on Friday. The food was cold and the food tasted like what you buy at the grocery store in the frozen section and it’s pricey. Never again will i go eat there. Fake food.

They discriminate against people. They are asking people for their medical papers communist style. Will not let people in their establishment I have a medical exemption for a mask. You’ll be hearing about a lawsuit very soon

I went into the resturant and the manager there refused to let me go in! I will not support this business since i was discrimnated and refused service!!!

We walked in today with a party of 6 at 1:30 PM. There were about 10 open tables.....person at the front tells us there are no six tops so there will be a small wait. I ask about all the open tables and he tells me they don’t want to give us 2 tables or pull any together so they can serve more customers. Ok ...seems a little strange but we can wait a few minutes (even though at this point they are clearly not going into a rush). 28 minutes later 2 empty large tables open for over 15 minutes, one cleaned off, one just sit... read more

I just watched a young host who is a minor get fired from the Colorado Springs location. There is bad management happening here. Having this happen as a young worker looks bad enough as is. This honestly doesn't make me want to go back at all.

Don't serve cold food. Don't ask a customer about the options for a menu item, write it down, then never add it to the order. Further, hire a manager who doesn't just keep repeating "I'm sorry", but makes the situation right rather than act like you are bother him by complaining.
