we ordered pot roast & we cannot see the meat on the plate..to expensive $17.99 its looks like the left over pot roast they serve d 😒 march 29,2021
was there for first time, out of Prime Rib at 7 PM, no baked potato or fruit either. Steak was chewy and fried potatoes were burnt. Ordered 2 drinks but got charged for 3. Won't ever return.
I specifically told them I was allergic to pork and they put pork all in my food and not the right veggies then they forgot my salad and when I called back 11 times they never answered the phone. I live 40 mins fom this place and I spent 50 dollars on my food I am highly upset.

It was my sons birthday. We went there to celebrate with my children and grandkids. We were told 1 hr wait for a table for 13. After an hour of waiting, I went up to the front to ask how much longer she told me 1 - 2 hour wait. I told her we were told 1 hr and it's been a hour. She was very rude in responding. Went in hour ago order was not correct and my eggs were not cooked correctly the hash browns were burned and it took 40 minutes for our order to come which I wouldn’t minded if they were busy, but they were not. I will never go back the only good thing about experience was manager was very polite and nice.
Went to dine at Black Bear in Garden City Idaho. Walked in, a line in front of us, food up waiting to be taken to tables, finally someone came up and asked if we’d been helped, then warned us all that food would take at least 30 or 40 minutes to be served, we and everyone front of us walked out. The place was dead. This restaurant needs serious attention!
No delivery service even though it clearly states that is an option. switches to pick up.
If I could leave 0/5 stars I would, but I have to put 1. So here’s your star. It’s brown, like the crap food that was delivered. I do not blame Grub Hub or the driver who delivered my food, they were great. The pot roast I ordered was cold, the gravy that came with my mashed potatoes came out of the container like a lump of lard, also cold.
