Poor service, some food served not fully cooked, no silverware available. Given a plastic fork. Had to refill our own drink glasses. Will not be returning.

Disappointed - failure. Murrieta location out of items on menu, limits what you can order. Brisket served that should of been thrown out, cook doesn’t understand hamburger has to be cooked not raw..... employees and management has said cooks have issues.

So my work regular orders from the Black Bear Diner down in West Valley City. it's always 4-7 orders for pick up. Normally things go off with out a problem but today they forgot one of the orders. When I called them, the hostess was impatient with me and said that I got everthing. When I told her all the orders and what we got, she said she would look into it and put me on hold. I went in tonight with my girlfriend and waited 10-15 minutes before being acknowledged, then told us about 10 minute wait, we finally got seated and after being seated 10 minutes we get asked if we want a drink, then the waiter comes by grabs him tip laughs and walks to the table next to us and starts talking sports, not once did he say I’d be with you in a minute or acknowledge us we got up and walked out! One of the worst dining experience ever, horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service very loud music coming from the kitchen also too if ur really hungry be expected to wait 40-50 mins for your food.. they are so short staff and I will never be returning.. and don’t expect management to jump in because she’s worthless... and the restaurant is disgusting I also went into the lady’s restroom noticing forget there’s no door on the woman’s stall.. if I’m not mistaken isn’t that a violation of health code.. to my surprise when my food came I was served by a gentleman I was given plastic... read more

Horrible place to go, manager like to humiliate people, chair broke, did not do nothing, told us he reserved the right not serve us, after see me on the floor, very humiliating for me and my kids.

We've tried this diner 3 times now and have not had a good meal yet, we won't go back. Three strikes and your out. We were served brisket and was told it was tri tips, not even close. If we hadn't waited 30 minutes I would have sent it back. Our server, Jason, was great but the food was terrible.
