Ordered online for take out! I got a call from them asking me if I'd placed an order from a pizza place. I said no...the guy said "Oh, I meant Black Bear Diner." He told me they were out of the brisket and I ordered something else. When the order was picked up, 1/2 our order was missing. We waited another 15 minutes for them to get the missing food. Instruct the employees at the Idaho Falls location about customer service. We should not have to wait to get seated or have our order taken when it's not busy. Nor should we have to wait for our waitress to take our order while she's having a conversation not waiting on them) at the counter with some other people.

Worst customer service possible. Not to mention the overcharge, the half chewed piece of burger in my takeout salad, the manager who promised to refund my payment and didn't. then promised a gift card that was never sent, then promised to send it again and never did. Joke is on us I guess..m

Service was horrible feed wasn’t good at all. My order was messed up. What food we got was not good at all and our waitress was terrible. Sad we used to eat here a lot but won’t be coming back again

I went this morning for breakfast. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food. And then when they brought the order to my table I only received half of my order. Then it took another 20 minutes to get the rest of the order to my table. Poor management reflects for the poor processes . I will never go back.

service has gone Really downhill over the last year. Mgmt. can't seem to keep good kitchen staff or good wait staff. used to be my favorite place, but not now. I blame the Mgmt.

Wayyyyy overpriced for less than average food. I've had bigger and better pieces of fried chicken at fast food joints. At total rip-off!!!!
