our food literally tasted like dust. and our waitress checked on us once when we were almost done eating. we will never go back.

Any business that doesn't take sexual harassment seriously shouldn't be able to operate. Especially when they have video evidence of the attack. Such a sad excuse of a management staff.
ordered a taco salad, very little chicken and not even a spoon of beans. 99% iceberg lettuce. the shell was overcooked. hubby meal was not cooked right either. almost burnt bacon way to crispy, cooked egg when he stated over easy. I would not recommend going to this place. it was our 3rd time, we wanted to give this place a chance .

Ridiculously terrible management. Treatment of employees unprofessional. I’ve eaten here all growing up but refuse to now.
RecommendedPeople are maliciously attacking this business because they are purely agenda driven and completely incapable of being fair and reserving judgement until all facts can be established. Dont listen to the mindless idiots who work themselves up into a lynch mob simply because someone told them a story that fits nicely into their confirmation bias.
Food was very gross got a burger ask for it to be well done came out pink made me sick! Manager came over and did nothing about it. Will not be back!

I don’t mind black bear diner. Pancakes are great. What I do mind is management who doesn’t protect employees from sexual assault. Fire the people who failed your employee in American Fork and I’ll change my review.
