We don’t support businesses that treat sexual assault so casually. Your employees should be safe at work and supported when they come forwarded with sexual abuse by another employee.
BBD supports employees being sexually assaulted.
Although I’ve frequented your establishment in the past, I cannot support a business that handled an instance of sexual assault of an employee by another employee as poorly as you have. Your canned responses to your customers’ outrage is yet another infraction. Everybody involved in how this has been handled, from the regional manager to the general manager and even perhaps whoever is running this social media page, should honestly lose their jobs - and that’s just a start. Watched a employee being sexually harassed and then humiliated and fired for reporting it. Will never support a place that condones that kinda behavior.
Never again. Start protecting the victims not the perpetrators. I see bad things coming for BBD. Bad for business when you make a mockery of sexual assault.
Terrible food terrible staff terrible place
I will not support an establishment that thinks sexual assault is a laughing matter. Their food is just ok at best. They are much better options than Black Bear Diner.
So disappointed that Black Bear Diner will not stand up to protect their employees. I thought this was supposed to be a good, honest American restaurant, turns out they don’t actually care. I hope you all regret the way you’ve handled the situation. SEXUAL ASSULT WILL NOT BE IGNORED!
