Really cold food, and my fries were soggy and literally water logged. Worst meal I've had in a restaurant.

My family and I will no longer give any business to black bear diner after hearing about the SEXUAL ASSAULT that was completely DISREGARDED by management. How disgusting.

disgusted and outraged that a company could ever back up someone who committed a crime at their establishment then have the nerve to turn around and laugh in the victims face and fire them for taking rightful action. Absolutely pathetic and cowardly. I would urge anyone who eats at this establishment to consider going somewhere where the food is actually good and the employees are treated with better respect.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. Do the right thing and do not support this business who fired the victim of an assault without any investigation, in fact her managers laughed at her when she brought it their attention. Why the hell would I ever promote a restaurant that fires victims of sexual assault and harassment??? Your company chose to handle a situation l, that could have ended with rape and or loss of life, in a truly deplorable manner. How dare you fire that poor woman. I hope this business is closed. Apparently, management at Black Bear Diner thinks there's something funny about sexual assault. When an employee of theirs was assaulted by another employee AT WORK, IN FRONT OF CAMERAS, it took them several days to even bother to view the footage, despite receiving a report of the incident immediately afterwards. Instead of investigating, they urged the victim's employee to save everyone the hassle and quit, and then laughed in the victim's face. She went to HR and was fired.
