Terrible food the fish was raw and the hush puppies were not cooked all the way .

Rude server and worse taco salad ever no beans very small piece of chicken and no cheese. Diner is under new management in Medford, OR!

I got the chicken fried steak and it tasted like something that would come out of a TV dinner. The food took FOREVER and the when the waitress finally brought the food we had to ask for our salad 3 times before she finally brought it. I was disappointed because I was excited to finally get to eat there because I heard such great things!

wow!!!! Not only did we get horrible meal at the Redmond Oregon location but when letting the management know we'r we're basically called liars and dismissed. I own 2 business myself and let me tell you THIS is not how to keep your customers. I was curious to see if we were thre only ones so i threw it out to social media their experiences at the Redmond Oregon restaurant and sadly the feedback showed the same experiences. Rancid oil made us both sick and quickly! Hash browns were raw and fried steak was not edible due to gristle in every bite. Never going back. Unsafe.

This place is horrible, and disgusting! The waitress sucks and there was hair in my moms food, our food was burnt. This place will go out of business in less than a year🤢 if I could rate this I would rate this place a 0 stars if I could, HORRIBLE services and food.....

Puyallup, WA location is awful. I don’t blame the employees as much as it’s the manager(s) and higher up. Their attention to customers issues and resolving them lacks and Black Bear Diner corporate is just as bad.
