I used to love Black Bear Diner, but lately their food has been terrible. I don’t know if the changes their recipes, but it has been that way at several locations. I miss the Old Black Bear Dinner.

Second time trying to go ordering. Both times terrible very unprofessional the girl who was taking my order kept laughing at me for not saying my order correctly even though I was ordering from the menu online. Theres a online order option but It still isn't set up. I wasn't ordering anything complicated I called back to cancel my order because again she never gave me a time to pick up just said my total and bye and because apparently making fun of people trying to order off the menu is super funny. I always see a line out the door for this place so I decided to finally try with my wifeI got biscuits and gravy and because I wasn’t too hungry the biscuits were hard and crunchy and the bacon was clearly reheated from earlier whatever was left over was robbery an old bacon it was my first time I doubt I will ever be returning

need to not burn ham and rubberized ,(over cook) eggs,use less salt in biscuits and coffee not so strong,day we were before Thanksgiving,they were short on help,waited over an hour,about to get up and go to Denney's

Ordered through Door Dash, tonight.. Ordered a couple burgers and a couple breakfast meals. The Grizz, was supposed to come with 3 eggs, asked for over easy, only came with 2 and they we're like hard boiled. Hash browns tasted quite stale and were cold. Not Impressed.

We have been twice since they have been opened. Once after 4 days of them opening, and then a couple of weeks ago. Their fries are not very good, they always seem like they are not cooked thoroughly, my husband had the chicken fried steak which he says taste like something out of a box from the freezer, we had the apple pie which seems like it just comes out of a box from the store. The pancakes were good. The food just isn’t good for the price that you pay. Just my opinion.
