I ordered Christmas dinner for myself and son and daughter in law who was in the hospital after just having a baby.I got charged 65 dollars for some really gross food.The Turkey dinners were two slices of lunch meat covered by gravy.They promised me stuffing and forgot it.Food was cold at pickup also no pumpkin pie as promised. .I could have gotten a hotdog at Arco that would be better than this

We went with our grandson! Manager was told we didn’t get waited on didn’t care!!!!? Rude disrespectful and hateful!!!! Will not be back!!!

My coworkers and I went to Black Bear for Christmas Eve pre work breakfast. We got there at 6am waited. Order our food 6:15am waited. 6:45am received the orders and half of the orders were cold. One coworker order a Shasta Scramble and it was tiny compared to the amount of cold potatoes they got. The server said the cook forgot 2 of the orders. By 7am still missing 2 orders. I had to go since I had to be at work at 7am. Went to work late with no food. There was 8 of us. Guessing that's too big of a group.

The service is hit and miss. (Fernley,NV location) Lately more misses. Last visit it took more than an hour for two burgers. Finally got up and left. It wasn’t even busy. Today, we got seated quickly, but, 20 minutes later, still no waitress at our table. Again, not busy. About done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Cold food, server had too many tables to get us coffee, eggs were not done right; chicken fried steak was a patty I could have unfrozen at home. Go somewhere else, go to Denny’s.

Well we had a terrible first experience with you when you first opened. So we decided to give you a second chance tonight and you let us down again. The fact that it took over 45 min to get n order of french toast, a kids french toast and a fish n chips is very very annoying! People that came in after us got there foods way before we did. With a three yr old screaming we decided to get the food to go. At that point no one even said sorry or anything about the wait.
