Would be helpful if they would listen to what you ordered and bring you the correct order.
Can only or simple stuff online the entire menu is not on the website. Couldn't have any options with baked or mashed potatoes.. tried to call and order and no one answered. Very disappointed.🤬
ou know I've always liked Black Bear, but today our experience was frustrating and annoying. The hostest sat my husband, our grand daughter and I, gave us our menus and that was the only contact we had. We watched as the waitress served the folks in the booth behind us and the one to the side of us but NEVER even said a word, no drinks, no 'I'll be with you in a minute' nothing... after being completely ignored for 30 minutes, we simply got up and walked out. We were even ignored doing that!
We came to the Elk Grove black bear diner on October 30th. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to get our food, while people who were seated after us had already gotten their food; the food was overcooked, service was slow, and some of the servers were very rude. They served me coffee, ran out of the pot and told me everything will be OK and then left and didn't bring me any more coffee. Will not be returning or bring people to Black Bear again. This is the second time we have come to the Black Bear Diner on Bluff Once for dinner and once for breakfast while the atmosphere is warming and the quality of the food is well done as well as the presentation however this is where Black Bear lost our business the first time we ate here for dinner the food was stone cold 🥶 and again the second time for breakfast the plate wasn’t even warm like they neglected it. We had the worst experience at Black Bear Diner in Idaho Falls on Saturday. We were seated and then waited 10-15 minutes before I got up and went and found a server. Then it took another 5 minutes for them to come over to take our drink order. After we finally got to order our food, it was at least 30 minutes before they brought my salad out and then another 10 before our food came out. I ate at the North Little Rock location for the first time today as it'd gotten great reviews from friends. I ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs with American cheese, and bacon. The bacon was delicious. The pancakes were burnt and inedible. Even had they been cooked properly, I don't think I would have liked them. They were dense like a biscuit, not fluffy like a pancake. Still in the restaurant waited 25 mins for food, people that ordered after us ate before us service is bad food was cold. Egg yolk on water glass. No seasoning on the food. All our food was bland and cold. Never coming back.
Just left the one in Tejon California and the service was horrible. Slow, Cold Food, and server never checked on us. Took another thirty min after we’re done to pay for our own food. Better off just walking out.
