Crap food that is overpriced. Basically Denny’s with an a weird obsession with bears.
i dont like it because the dishwasher Michael curry sales weeds in there and on top of that he has, a std so I stop eating there
In my opinion, the customer service was lacking. Waited over 45 minutes and still had not been seated. We were passed over half a dozen times since we were a party of 5. After the 3rd time going up, we were told we would get a table as soon as a party left, but then was passed over again for a larger party. We just left after that. Never was seated.

Took the hostess over 10 min to sit us and then we waited for our server for another 15 min in witch one of the waiters told our server to help us out first, he seen that we had been waiting for a while, but all the other waiter did was look us off an continued helping the other guests that arrived after we did. We didn’t get any water or help very poor customer services

Took forever to seat us the place wasn’t busy then sat there waiting for someone to come and take out order took so long just end up leaving. The waitress looked at us and continued to do something else!!

its shity survives we got tuld there would be a 20 minute wait and the place was empty becouse there was a family of 20 at one table never coming agin if it wasn't for Jennifer she saved the day with her survise
Horrible customer Service. So many issues in 1 dining experience. Asked for a manager I was told they wouldn't be in till the morning. Emailed and messaged corporate and no response.
