Very poor service, food was 'off'. I've been to two locations. it was always great before. It was my granddaughter's first time - neither one of us will be back.
Sat down seconds after a party of 10 was seated with our party of 6. A party of 2, 4, and 1 was served before us and the party of 10 had ate, paid, and left. We walked out an hour and 7 minutes after we arrived with 6 glasses of water, a Pepsi, 4 cups of coffee for my wife, and an orange juice my daughter wanted. This was a complete waste of my time and money on 5/25/19. The staff was way too short to keep up. It took almost 30 minutes to get served. The mean and the salad arrived at the same time, which sucked. My grandson's glass was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY with stuff floating on top of the glass. It just all was a dining hot mess. The waitress was sweet, and kept apologizing, and we felt sorry for her.
My husband and I ordered take out, Our food was not good at all. My burger had a hair in it, huge chopped chunks of onion, very undercooked so much so that my bun was soaked in blood. My husband got a huge burger, his managed to be very over cooked, again with huge chunks of chopped onions, and both of our fries were very mushy, soaked in oil and cold. And for 50$! We Won’t be ordering here again.

My family and I tried your Owasso Ok location for the first time this afternoon and was a little disappointed. The fresh cooked food was good such as the eggs and hashbrowns but my husband ordered the chicken fried steak and couldn't hardly choke it down, he says not only was it bland and hardly any flavor but you could tell it wasn't freshly breaded but tasted more frozen. First let me say this place needs improvement in service It took me 5 minutes just to get waited on then I ordered my tea took another 5 minutes as I was waiting I seen 2 or 3 servers on their cell phones and management did nothing about it. So, when I finally got my drink and the server took my order I waited another 20 to 25 minutes for my Chicken Fried Steak which by the way was a frozen steak.
