worst service ever. I sit and wait and the servers just ignore you. I left after waiting 6 minutes for coffee. does it take that long? 1 server was too busy talking to even notice I was there.
My husband and I have been there 3 times. At first we enjoyed the meal. But this weekend was the worst. I ordered potatoes and got hash browns, most of my food was not all that hot, and who in their right mind serves room temperature orange juice. The price of the meals was on the pricey side. 37.00 dollars for 2 breakfast dishes and a milk and a juice. Sorry to say we will not be going back.
ask for a fully cooked bacon cheeseburger got a raw patty and no bacon alround on what food was editable was nastsy crap and the manager only did was remove the burger and gave $5 credit for next time. puck no thanks
Hostess service is awful. Servers were pleasant. Dont expect to have friendly front staff. They aren't organized and they're all rude. We almost walked out before we got seated. They honestly need to fix their customer service.
My husband & I kept hearing all this up roar about how great this place was, so we went...We were very disappointed and WONT go back. We were not impressed at all.. WELL we have these sites on here ( Owasso, Oklahoma) where we can complain about things..Well there is one where a lady complained about this place, and it has A LOT of comments where A LOT of people had problems there....So now I know it isnt just me...
How long does someone have to sit there to get waited on? LOTS of open tables, we couldn’t even get anyone to take our drink order. We walked out and we will not be back. Saturday morning at 8:30.
my family and I used to love this place. the past few times we came in it has totally went down hill. we gave it one more shot tonight. our waitress wasn't friendly. we had to ask other waiters for refills and other stuff we needed. I hope it goes back to the way it use to be.
So I like Black Bear's food, the staff is amazing and the decor is really cute but every time we've gone there's been an issue. We got the wrong order three times and the last time we went it was 45 minutes before we got our food and we actually had to take it to go because we had somewhere to be. Like I said, The staff is great! Everyone there is super friendly and the waitstaff is really fun and great and the food is so good but I just can't recommend it personally because of the mistakes and then whatever happened last... read more
