First time and last time to visit.... 4 simple breakfast orders, the eggs, pancakes, bacon, biscuits and gravey all cold, not even warm to the touch.... It's breakfast, not rocket science!!!
been here an hour no food. frickin ridiculous
will never eat there again, I make better food. steak over cooked and over seasoned. canned green beans. staff talking in front of our booth and leaning on it. no professionalism. I give it a 0 out of 10. first time coming and last.
It’s dirty. Service was terrible. And I’m sorry to charge $3.99 for a little side of bananas is ridiculous. The high chair was disgusting!! Never going back.
RecommendedI think this place has great potential! Unfortunately, they said they would call us in 45 minutes when our food was ready. We never received a call and decided to drive up due to it possibly being busy as they just opened. When we got there they had good customer service but our food was cold and we never received our soup with our meals. Once we got home we decided not to drive back.

Me and my family of 4 went to get breakfast at the Ogden UT location we order ur food and wait for 40 min our food never came what is even more upsetting is that three families got there after us and they got their food before us so we got up and when we were leaving I saw that one plate came to my table i asked to talk to the manager and she didn’t care we live the place never come back to Ogden Utah location

way to slow, tried it twice and same slow service.
I’m soo disappointed!!! I live in Paradise CA, our Black bear diner burned in the fire, but our beautiful “bearadise bear” was spared from the fire! Instead of allowing our beautiful town to keep this local iconic statue... they are taking it to a Shasta diner 😢 soo many people of Paradise are heartbroken! People have tried reaching out to the company, but have had no response. Our community was loyal to our Black bear diner!!! Why can’t they be loyal to us?!?

We know that this can be upsetting to some and it is not our intention to be disloyal. However, we made the decision to move him after many people in Paradise reached out in concern for the bear staying in place. We want the bear to be in a secure location while the town of Paradise rebuilds, therefore he will be at our mother-diner in Mt Shasta until a time comes for him to relocate back to Paradise.
