was seated, and waited 15 minutes for servers to take drink order. no one ever bothered to acknowledge us. they were to busy gossiping with each other. restaurant wasn't even half full. so we left
We called and asked if they were busy or if they would take reservations and they said no so we drove 40 minutes from our home to go eat there for breakfast as a special treat since we don’t eat out much, only to find it was an hour wait which we waited for, and then we waited another hour to even get a server to bring us drinks... it was so difficult to deal with our five hungry kids and my hubby who has diabetes and gets really hungry and needs to eat quickly because his blood sugars get off, and when I got my food it had ... read more

I ordered 4 big meals from blackbear on doordash because of the snow last Sunday. we waited an hour which is normal. I got 2 chicken fried steak meals and 2 grizz meals one for my brother and one for my twin girls who are 6 to share. we never got 2 of the grizz meals so that means 3 people didnt eat. Food is terrible. Everything, I mean everything is previously frozen. It's not cheap either, was $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids. We won't be going back.
hire experienced help or at least don't put them on the floor until they've been trained properly
Waited over an hour for our food and it was not even busy.. barely acknowledged by wait staff. Incredibly disappointing. 👎🏼
Went to the one in owasso, ordered the tri-tip meal and it was cold. So cold i had to ask if it was meant to be served cold. They brought me a 2nd one and it was room temperature. No discounts, was charged full price. Won’t be going back.
It was our first time, we visited the Wilsonville one. Food was good. Service was terrible! Waitress didnt refill drinks, she didn't take away dirty salad plates (we were at a small table) my sister asked her too bit she never came back. Once food came, she didn't check in not one time! We didn’t like Mac and cheese it was cold and awful. Also had to wait in line to pay the bill. It was awful to wait behind 8 people. I pulled out cash for my bill and laid the money on the counter in front of eight people waiting to pay their bill with a card. This are hopefully will change I won’t be back. Awful experience for the first time trying this restaurant.
